Lux Dom Property Manager

For over 22 years, Lux Dom has specialized in property management, including rental management, administration, accounting, legal, and technical property services. The company manages buildings with a total area of over 2 million m² in Warsaw and Tricity. They offer comprehensive care for residential properties under their management, including:

  • Formal handover of the apartment.
  • Tenant financial verification.
  • Active tenant search.
  • Preparing the property for rent (cleaning, purchasing additional equipment, organizing repairs when tenants change).
  • Negotiating and signing lease agreements (experience with occasional and institutional lease contracts).

Apartment owners in Remedium will receive regular, detailed operational and financial reports to assess the profitability of their investment.

Property care also involves handling ongoing payments for utilities and rent, resolving minor maintenance issues, and maintaining close cooperation with building administration. It is worth noting that Lux Dom plays a dual role in Remedium – as both property manager and rental operator – significantly enhancing the efficiency of property management and care.

Operator packages to choose from

I STABLE

Long-term rental (minimum 3 months). Agreements under 12 months have no notice period; contracts exceeding 12 months require a 1-month notice period.

II OCCASIONAL

10-month rental during the academic year, with short-term rental in summer.
